Another year goes by and Ray White Wanganui is once again the No. 1 Real Estate Agency in the Lower North Island. Yes, 2015 has been an outstanding year, and the Wanganui Office is proud to receive National recognition.
We know it makes a difference to be part of a very strong National Real Estate Network, the Ray White brand is well respected and covers the entire country hence we are able to market your properties right across New Zealand and to the rest of Australasia, bringing new buyers to our proud city.
We could not be market leaders without properties to sell, so it is timely to thank all those people who made a smart decision and entrusted us with their properties to sell in our fair city. And thanks to Jolt Coffee House for keeping us and the brains trust of Wanganui functioning so well.
The market has been good of late, property enquiries are high, levels not seen for several years. Well presented, well priced properties are attracting early interest and often multiple offers and consequently selling at very good prices.
In 2015 we welcomed four new sales people to compliment our successful team. Mali, Les, Deborah and Peter have integrated well and have been applying some excellent work ethics and skills resulting in an unprecedented number of sales by professionals new to the Real Estate Industry.
And backing them is our experienced team, led once again by Pearse Kinchella, Kerryn Irvin and Hans Vanderschantz who have all once again been awarded Premier Status and rank in the top 200 Nationwide. We are fortunate to have such dedicated people in our town. And they can only achieve by being surrounded by such a capable team.
It’s important for Wanganui to retain such skilled people, and we can only do that by thinking of Wanganui. So when you are considering buying or selling, anything, not just Real Estate. Think of Wanganui businesses and keep the local economy going. After all those businesses will create jobs for the coming generations.
Thanks Wanganui. We appreciate your continued trust and confidence in us.
